TWTM English is an accessibility site which is considered the people with disabilities. There are 4 access keys which were stated in the following:

1. Alt + S：SHORTCUT (Top Right) The shortcut area is to link the main sites and important information.
2. Alt + C：CENTER (Center) The content area is to show individual main contents of each page.
3. Alt + D：DOWN (Down) The footer area is to present the copyright and visitor numbers.
4. Alt + L：LEFT (Left) The function area is to provide selective menu.
