The partners of TWTM are found distributed throughout the world as the USA, mainland China, Japan, and South Korea. The content of cooperation is as follows：
- It includes cooperation agreements with working partners from various countries, and it would circulate demand and supply information on mutual patent/technology so as to facilitate effective transaction on patent/technology. For instances, the cooperation with yest2.com of USA, search for digital cameral, semiconductor, image sensor, and light-emitting LCD and patents.
- It invites institutes as INPIT and IPTJ to joint sponsor “Taiwan-Japanese Intellectual property circulation and promotion seminar” .
- It invites the industry, official, and research institute from the USA, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hungary, and countries to Taiwan to take in “Taipei International Invention Show&Technomart.”
- It has concluded agreements with many foreign countries so that the information network of TWTM can function to inquire the item lists from their database of transferrable technology, and activate the use of cross-border R & D results.
- It has, since 2007, conducted transaction case of substantial technology with US Tynax, which includes the licensing of patent right from overseas and from Taiwan to the US.
